  • Provide contracted instructional design, project management, and training services.

  • Current contract with the National Institute of Aerospace Associates to perform the instructional evaluation of the Real-World / In-World NASA Engineering Design Challenge, 2010 - 2012

  • Completed projects include the design of an online learning environment, development of a community web space, facilitation of interactive web casts as part of a collaborative online learning program, and management of an association’s online web portal with over 100 members.

  • Previous appointment with Baruch College to design and facilitate courses within a Corporate Training and Instructional Design program in the Division of Continuing and Professional Studies.

  • Managed underwriters, assistants and clerical staff in a risk management casualty underwriting unit with over sixty-five Fortune 1,000 accounts generating annual premium and service revenue of $300 million.

  • Supervised a team of underwriters and assistants dedicated to an association program of over 150 individual commercial insureds with $15 million in annual program premium.

Underwriter / Account Executive – Risk Management
1990 - 1992 and 1994 - 1997

  • Underwrote, negotiated and managed the delivery of casualty insurance programs to national account clients that produced an average total annual premium and service revenue of $30 million.

  • Established and maintained effective relationships with national account risk management staff and brokers that resulted in average annual renewal retention of over 95 percent.

Home Office Project Manager - Risk Management Underwriting

  • Developed and implemented underwriting process initiatives, served on corporate policy committees and coordinated corporate underwriting operations with insurance bureaus.
